1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 87club platform, including all casino games, sportsbook services, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and any other services made available through 87club.onl ("the Platform"). The Agreement is entered into between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 87club ("the Company," "we," "us," "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the 87club Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 87club website at 87club.onl, including all games, services, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit awards credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including submission of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which 87club Accounts are denominated.
• "Restricted Activity" means any conduct prohibited under Section 8 of this Agreement.

3. Eligibility

Access to the 87club Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 87club enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services without exception.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 87club or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously had an 87club account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the 87club Platform or any partner platform recognising mutual exclusion agreements.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 87club Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, 87club reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and permanently withhold all balances.

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a functioning email address, and your date of birth. You further agree to notify 87club promptly of any changes to this information.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 87club will conduct full KYC verification requiring submission of: (a) a clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back); (b) a recent proof of address dated within three months; and (c) evidence of the payment method used to fund the Account. 87club may request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 87club Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to the Account within two (2) minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. 87club does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges for which 87club accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed full KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance after deduction of any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawal processing times are within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts under standard conditions, though 87club does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

87club reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds or where unusual account activity is detected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

87club may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, matched deposits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentive schemes to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of each offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

Unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all 87club bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• When a Player holds both real-money and bonus funds, real-money funds are wagered first, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted in the individual promotion terms.
• 87club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of amendment will generally not be adversely affected, but 87club reserves the right to make changes where it determines that fraud or abuse has occurred.
• Bonus eligibility is limited to one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

7. Gaming Rules

Each game available on the 87club Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence except where the individual game rules address a specific matter not covered here.

87club casino games utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by prior results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all RNG games are available within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during game play, 87club will investigate the incident and, at its sole discretion, either: (a) reinstate the game to its state immediately prior to the error; (b) settle the game based on the last confirmed game state; or (c) void the game round and return the stake to the Player's balance. The decision of 87club in such matters is final.

For sportsbook bets, settlement is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic PSL matches, the ICC for international fixtures). 87club's sportsbook rules, including provisions for abandoned matches, reduced-overs results, and void markets, are set out in the Sportsbook Rules document accessible from the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 87club Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format offered on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. 87club complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members. All gaming activity must be carried out by the registered Account holder personally.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 87club Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of 87club or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without 87club's prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data

87club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by 87club solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and payment processing. 87club does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

87club is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and offers a comprehensive suite of player protection tools available through every registered Account. Players are encouraged to make active use of these tools to manage their gaming activity within personal and financial limits that are appropriate for them.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on PKR deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session durations after which the Player is automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic reminders of session duration and cumulative spending during active play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 30 days, applied immediately on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Full account access block for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and will be honoured without question.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 87club's total aggregate liability to you for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

87club expressly excludes liability for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform; (d) any interruption, suspension, or termination of service; and (e) any acts or omissions of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 87club's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Account Termination

87club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity, provision of false KYC information, or regulatory requirement.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than Player-initiated closure or voluntary self-exclusion, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 87club. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of this Agreement, 87club reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to remit the funds to the relevant authorities.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting support@87club.onl. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal within five (5) business days, subject to standard KYC requirements.

14. Amendments

87club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 87club will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to initiate Account closure and withdrawal of your balance.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 87club holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 87club's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

87club's internal complaints procedure is the first point of resolution for all Player disputes. Complaints may be submitted in writing to support@87club.onl. 87club will acknowledge all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to provide a final response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
